What other states did you visit? I'm thinking of travelling to the US. Do you have any recommendations?

The road trip covered quite a lot of ground and flying added even more onto that. It was kind of neat to see how empty places were towards the start, but in turn a lot of businesses weren't in operation either.

The US otherwise has a little bit for everyone, it really depends on what you're after.

the US is like a bubbly stew of weird western cultures all simmering. I want to go to Michigan, Texas and Tennessee.

Why?

What are your favorite places?

I tend to like the more progressive states.

I like the folklore of Texas, cowboy culture, the American Old West, the Texas War of Independence etc. I heard Tennessee has an amazing music and food scene. Michigan has nice lakes and my cousin lives there.

is that because you feel more comfortable in places where people think like you?

You aren't worried about any of that stuff just being a stereotype?

Not really, but they offer more choices and have more of a proclivity towards the arts.

not at all, history is history and I like to see things for myself. Every place has a flavor and I'll experience something.

More than any specific art I appreciate the freedom art brings when allowed to fluorish. It offers more variety when our baseline designs are otherwise so drab.

agree, row housing is gross however, conformity appears to be endemic on both sides of the political spectrum. California row housing is dull too. I'm fascinated how Americans view every aspect of their society through a cultural lens of left versus right.

California has it's demographic of business types that don't conform to the radical views of the common man there:

What percentage of California is conservative?
In October 2020, California had 22,047,448 registered voters, comprising 87.87% of its total eligible voters. Of those registered voters, 10,170,317 (46.10 percent) were registered Democrats, 5,334,323 (24.20 percent) were Republicans and, 5,283,853 were No Party Preference (24.00 percent).

Interesting, more Californians identify as Republicans and Independents (48.2%) than Democrats 46.1%.

There's also room to consider which demographics have higher versus lower wealth.

It's generally a leftist state, but that doesn't mean that it otherwise just gets to do whatever it wants.

lmao the fuck is wrong with you?

Is this a rhetorical question or are you looking for an answer?

you're so socially impaired you can't even have a discussion here.

I've had several discussions here. I'm happy to provide you with links to various topics to back it up.

You endlessly debate debating, derailing conversation, thinking you're clever and 'winning' when you're just dull. you remind me of a client I had.

I think characterizing me as 'dull' is very appropriate. However, I do not understand your allergy to debate. Debating can be a fun way to pass the time and allows for a chance for people to poke holes in philosophy, ideas, and methodology. I disagree with your characterization of debate being about winning or being clever. I prefer to think of my more intellectual discussions as a way to pass the time. I'm usually quite happy when I'm wrong, and bored when I'm not.

I bet you are a lonely narcissist

I am quite lonely, yes.
