Most sane people would be driven to strangling someone who puts them through what you do, but again either of you can just leave the other and the problem's solved.

You make him paranoid, and as his stress ramps up he's being driven to respond violently. 

You two need to seperate for both of your own good, I highly doubt he was doing any of this before you and I doubt he'll strangle anyone else in his lifetime.
