I guess you were still on the tranqs yourself though. 

Syst took clonozolam, which is a particularly powerful one. I still didn't think what he took would affect him like that, but by that point my own tolerance was sky high. I gave this person etizolam, which many had responded positively to. The guy was probably on painkillers too, those things together wipe you out.

I'm pretty sure at some point he realized how dangerous whatever product he had was (n-bome??? Oidk) and went and buried out in the forest. 

So there's that bit of responsibility at least

It's a bit off. I was stuck in a city over with a junkie, and we ran into some guy the junkie was friends with. He wanted to try some of my tranquilizer and it worked a little too well on him. The junkie, seeing an opportunity, decided to try to frame the situation to the guy's family as that his friend was kidnapped, and the people wanted to use him as a middleman to pay ransom. It didn't work out, and we ended up having to drag him home down the road with some tarp under him. Guy was out pretty heavy, but it wasn't anything too different from what people see a lot in that scene.
