I was tired and had pretty low energy for a while. Being tired sucks.
What worked for me:
- Having oatmeal for breakfast
- Quitting coffee
- Forcing myself to stop working during the evenings after 8 PM
- Going to sleep when I'm tired instead of listening to Johnny Depp v Amber Heard trials recordings on YouTube.
Oatmeal for breakfast was surprisingly effective. I'm constantly surprised by how much more energy I have on days when I eat oatmeal vs days when I don't.
