Alright, new clause just to be safe. Should have implemented it sooner but it wasn't as much of a potential problem in action over the transparency normal users tend to have here, or how few times a puppet account would participate before growing bored.
Following the current trend, I'm going to require a post minimum from accounts that don't otherwise make it obvious who's behind it from now on, for now lets say... 250 so that we can see what happens. Cases for example like Alena and Jim in the past have made it obvious enough that it was them behind their names, and even Spatial's chosen to stick to a bird theme I guess, so for them it'd be possible to carry over Lynch Pins for multiple accounts.
The risk of someone making multiple accounts to stack the vote? That is [Serious Business].
I'll make an exception over Curator purely over holding onto the current Lynch pins until he can confirm his prior name from that account or get to the currently required number of posts for participation. Allowance of people related to the post count bar will have exceptions when I feel like it's warranted, and the post count limit for it is subject to change under the same idea. This will become effective after today's number is called.

i've been a user for over a year i just don't post often thus my low post count
If you're a puppet, you get no aggregate glory from any victories without revealing your puppetry. I suspect puppeteers are satisfied with self-congratulatory behavior already, though.
