I didn't think of this until miss communication pointed it out (thank you ms.c) and I remembered exactly why I didn't want my own child's face here.

A digital footprint stays forever, and someone especially shouldn't have one at such a young age without consent, especially somewhere so awful as here, and with all the controversy surrounding the child. As adults, it is our job to protect children and I am genuinely concerned about the baby being here.

I mean that is a baby, we really don't need that here, so let's just screenshot what we can for the FBI reports as evidence and then take it off the website

 no. when their family and friends are shown this website, they need to know that it's jade she has brought around these people. it's kind of proof that it's her. and it really makes it hit home that there is a real little girl that is being abused and neglected

I'm with Sugar on this one, having it here serves as a disturbing sort of proof. There's been no request from the mother over it, and every day that passes with it continuing to not be an issue for her reflects on her character. 

In the related Kiwi article on Chapo it was even an assisting element that had 'pedo' later added to the topic title. Now if anyone looks him up on Google it will show him as 'but got outed as a pedophile in 2022'.

Now I’m no big city lawyer, but surely it’s not legal to post pics of someone else’s infant anywhere you want on the internet. 

In any case, I second that this should be removed. It’s fucked up, and I think the kids wellbeing matters more than having some kind of library of evidence that CS is a bad mom.

The fact that we’re discussing the presence of a video should be evidence enough that there was one, I don’t think the actual video needs to remain.
