It was not my mother, I have never indicated any such thing. She made this theory herself and has been proliferating it for years, not sure why.

Listen turncoat, I'm not actually saying you didn't go through that. All I'm saying is that many people have gone though what you and I have, you, me, and others. The point is is instead of invalidating it, why not be there for one another? There is no reason to create tension.

I asked the assailant in question what was going on, I wouldn't call that invalidation. 

isn't turncoat being suspect of the 100% metaphysical certitude of one side of a story pretty understandable in the context of her having known and frequently communicated with the other party involved?
