I mean, how could they have been? They are a man so they are strong, so they could have just pushed the rapist off? Also she came in his room regularly, why didn't he just lock the door? Or leave? Also, I don't think the university would just dismiss that, also again turncoat is a man, he could just push the woman off him, but he allowed it multiple times.
Turncoat just wants attention, that's why they make up being raped.
And if the rapist comes here and says "turncoat didn't lie about anything", then we can especially know that turncoat is lying, and if the rapist gets on a plane and leaves to another island/state/city when outed right when they admit guilt, we can ESPECIALLY conclude that turncoat, in fact, wasn't raped. I'm buddies with the rapist and I just couldn't see them doing that.
