He said he doesn't blame me, the 2nd shot fucked him up and his other friend nearly died with the 2nd shot.

One could also say that 4 out 5 unvaccinated deaths are among frail 80 year olds as well, making one reasonably conclude the vaccine is somewhat useless.

You obviously did not look at the data, red is bad.
Does the "red" take into account the share of vaccinated vs unvaccinated? If you did you'd see unvaccinated are much more at risk proportionally.
dont forget to add in the deaths from the vaccine itself

Considering here in the states that it's mostly right wingers not getting the vaccine, one might call this a political herd immunity.
Now if only we could count on the eldest among them to not get the vaccines in secret...

the low estimate in the US is deaths from the vaccine. The under reporting factor in VAERS is 41. You could use the Yellow Card system in UK, The EU has something also, don't know what it is.

Do you have a source proving the under-reporting for VAERS when it comes to fatalities is 41? I find the figure hard to believe.
It's more likely most deaths have been reported. Perhaps even too many has been reported considering you don't even need an indication that the death was related to the vaccination itself to report. Either way it doesn't support your claim.
