That's Killer Croc...humanoid, not even an alligator on two counts of logic.

Ahh Killer Croc, the guy known for 'Throwin' a rock attem'. 

Definitely preferred both characters under the older art style, it really did a good job adding a darker feel to this Gary Coleman/Angelica fusion trying to pass off as a dark Shirley Temple. Her second appearance is too streamlined. 

I personally felt uncomfortable the whole episode

 I preferred her is style to, her hair is what I most, if they at least kept the curly hair it would be alright. Te first episode was dark af but her character was really interesting, what they did with the hall of mirrors was genius. I wish she would have been able to grow up physically
