Nah it's real dude, white privilege doesn't mean 'guaranteed success', it just means less hoops to jump through to get there when in an environment that caters to it. 

Travel makes elements of privilege a lot more obvious. 

In most US states whites are more likely to get a job because there are more white people in general.

No dude, white men have an easier time getting a job from the business owners themselves being old fashioned white men with their hiring ideals trickling down through their companies. Once they die of old age however we should start to see more drastic shifts thanks to those who'd be taking their places being that much closer to modern practices as a matter of how to succeed in the here and now, whether they believe in those things themselves or simply play the game as to not become a target of progressive culling. 

It was more of a problem years ago, but that doesn't mean it's gone. White privilege extends into many aspects of society, not just one's ability to get a job.

TC is admits he has white privilege but is still racist as fuck and refuses to ever admit it.

70% of the US is white. It's that simple. It's more likely a white person will get a job because of this.

If not it'll be because of discrimination against the white man ( white women are innocent by default ) 

Does racial discrimination happen ? Of course. Even to white people, and it's the white people hating on white people more than anyone else, since programmed to by left wing politics.

Society will strive to meet a race quota to avoid getting mobbed while the majority of job seekers (whites) won't get hired cause places want more coloured people, the economy will go down while businesses are in danger of getting boycotted for having too many whites in abundant white America, and some people will endlessly blame old white men for economic collapse because they listened to stupid people parroting bullshit politics. 

White Privilege is taught in western critical race theory, but what it really does is stir hatred and self hatred for whites at a young age.

Sometimes white privilege has to deal with the envy of others, if you'd had a less advantageous skin tone they wouldn't feel so comfortable talking to you about it. 

I'm of a mixed view over how racists and the like are going to hate on people regardless of how thorough their education on the races are. Either they're going to be ignorant from just listening to their peers or they'll go the extra mile and do 4chan-esque research which honestly makes it worse oftentimes.

Skin tone is not the only factor in privilege.

It isn't, but it is still a factor at all even if in conjunction with other areas. 

 White people here who are poor are at a disadvantage to Hawaiians who are poor because of certain programs and also a lot of businesses prioritizing the hiring of Hawaiian people.

They will still look at you and figure you'd be able to find opportunities within the majority of the country.
