I think TC is right, it is only possible through initiative. So what is the minimum we need to do a first trial?
Someone has to be willing to structure and lead the thing.
I'm willing to help someone else undertaking it, but I don't think I could do it all myself or be the one managing it or whatever. I respond better to direction from others generally, whether to be contrarian or go along with it, rather than leading it myself.

I'll contribute on a less than optimal schedule anyway, I just have no idea how I'd even structure the thing in spite of knowing a good amount about this site.
