You are basically saying chaos magic is conditioning. Why not just call it that then?
Because they don't, they have a different way of explaining what otherwise could be the same tools or otherwise possess a more rational explanation.
The same could be said for principles like Symbology for example, or the affect of Color on the observer. We can have prior expectations over what to expect as more of a matter of instinct from symbols without even having been conditioned towards that response, like seeing circles as safer than triangles from that being what we'd more likely expect from Nature.
Graphic Designers when they make Icons tap into some of these areas, following similar practices and beliefs through a different lens of study. In some cases, those who claim to practice 'Magic' are likely imitating or at least are on the receiving end of the sorts of things they've grown up seeing in a more freeform way.
without even having been conditioned towards that responseconditioning is not just learning from experiences. There is also biological preparedness.
Either way, my point's moreover how people are noticing these things, typically without having been trained towards more rational explanations for it, and their way of explaining it shows an awareness at points in spite of the words and rationale not being the same across the board.
There's likely to be something to watching them for patterns.

So the purpose of this thread is to mock them? They are clearly deluded thinking this shit is magic. Science is right. There may be some kind of magic, but it is not psychology or it should be called that. Do you agree or not?

No, it's to observe. If you find mockery in it that's more on you as the observer.
I'm looking for connections and patterns, signs of how they process reality through a different codex like looking for similarities between two different languages, and if they happen to be amusing to watch as well that's a plus. In some cases I may find their magical explanation first, giving me room to research why they might think those things rather than immediately dismissing it, like as if someone learned Symbology before getting an Art degree, or someone who thought they could read minds or were super empathic before learning about Psychology and Micro-expressions.
Just because they may give bad explanations doesn't mean they don't root from something, and there may be something to what they observed even if they cannot explain the why properly to the point of being more like a display of symptoms than a speaker of direct truths.

While I am more of an adherent towards the Sciences personally, I see value in watching how other people take in their reality.
Seeing the shortcuts others fall into offers a chance for me to potentially observe my own problems and blindspots relatively.
