I did notice a change I mean from what little I know of you, which is essentially just text on a screen. You would fixate on several particular ideas or threads and just sort of go into a tear about it for paragraphs and then lot out and not really interact much with other people
the things you did write were very much sounded like someone who was on speed, often a bit grandiose and just, yeah you didn’t seem less hyperactive ironically which is what the medication is supposed to do
instead it just took all of your hyper energy and sequestered it into one particular thing and you would just go off
and I mean, everyone could tell from this behavior that you were amped on amphetamines. Several people tried to tell you it’s probably not a good idea to take them in the first place if I remember correctly and during the years you’ve been taking it many people tried to comment on your sort of erratic and grandiose “cocaine-like” behavior and mentioned the drug probably not being great for you many times after you mentioned you were experiencing something negative… but it was impenetrable to reason with sort of.
I think you rode it like a high and burnt yourself out, and there is a way to metabolically correct that but the process of doing that is not affordable, functional medicine doctor would be a great place to start. But if you can’t afford that and their treatment regiment you can try researching online. Medical Medium and various DO’s online may be a decent resource to start…. Looking for solutions to correct adrenal fatigue and other possible effects.

bluelight.org may have some personal testimony about this topic regarding stimulants recovery
I highly recommend as well considering exercise and supplements, after researching which best work for you (ideally with a doctors recommendations) sticking to that regiment regularly and consistently can really transform how you feel in a matter of 30 days to 3 months. Healthy diet, good sleep hygiene, good intake of all the things your body needs, water, electrolytes, vitamins).
don’t give up as neuroplasticity is in your favor and you can recoop any damage or losses with the right treatment plan. You’re young and fit too which is good too, makes it much easier to recover and get out of a funk in my opinion as the hole you dug is not as deep or complex as others situations they may find themselves in.
And yeah maybe like, just do what you wanna do? If that makes any sense. Do what you think js best for your own well being and happiness… just don’t rely on substances to bring that, balance. Because it won’t. They’re only there to assist if necessary but… yeah, just sitting around and going oh why do I feel shit, likely isn’t going to help. It depends for some to recover they need time and space to relax and rest, but yeah, just check in with yourself and care for yourself and your needs as a priority, often and with compassion and patience.
Like what do you need at this time, take inventory, seek out answers if you have problems, try new things, feed and grow the parts of yourself and your life that you enjoy, that you feel are rewarding and you have success wifh or feel accomplishment and make your life,… good.
learn to love your life without the need for a substance. But also, know that like yeah, you have to be patient while the process works recovering your physiological being, because like I said, you may be experience adrenal fatigue or something like that.
just a wild guess. Look into it, figure it out, seek out resources that can help. All the best!
