It's all a matter of cut and preparation.
The dark meat of chicken is superior to the typical ground beef, though when it comes to beef it doesn't end there.
I buy the dark chicken meat at the grocery store. its tastier, the meat from the legs
Then mix with vegetables and stuff to make soup. I wouldn't say its tastier than beef made correctly. I love grilled chicken though. Lean meat is even more expensive than the fatty entrecote i usually buy.
I guess people still think the lean meat is the healthiest
