How is this even a question? Beef is far superior in just about every way. I love chicken more than anyone but beef is better.

I really can't decide between the two.

Beef typically has less flavor than chicken but chicken is usually dryer than beef. There's something weirdly satisfying about the feeling when eating beef, but chicken tends to have more potential to taste good when dressed up with other things.

You need to try fattier cuts of beef like sirloins. Also use a skillet or grill pan if you got. Butter garlic and rosemary like gordon ramsay does adds good flavor. Also leave it raw in the middle, beef is not risky like pork or chicken, some people eat it raw.

Or choose lamb. It stinks like shit but curries and stews are absolutely delicious (and the bread dip on the sauce is something else), along with lamb racks with oregano on skillet / grill pan.

Or just do a public bbq with the beef like every ohio nigger does

I've tried that twice and it was insanely good, but that's not really the sort of beef I'll commonly find myself with.

My point there was moreso that chicken can be combined with more things, there's more varieties of dishes you can get out of chicken.

I knew a guy who ate beef raw, it was a bit disturbing.

It only worked out for him from acid reflux imo.

Lamb's amazing, clearly superior to chicken and beef, but it's less common of a choice in the places that I've been.

Barbeque beef just dries it out though, what even makes it a contender versus chicken is it's moistness.

Maybe stop being a poorfag or take the shoplifting xadpill

I remember back when I was there in 2013 that they had 1$ 2$ steaks in walmart and chains, they were full of fat and delicious tbh, I preferred em over normal steak even tho I had money cuz love fat

Here they make all sorts of shit from fajitas to salads, what do you mean by variety?

Chad stomach, I have GERD and I never got salmonella / food poisoning XD

Just suck it up and tell mommy and daddy to buy it

Hm yeah true. It's less of a problem when fatty but true

What about pork or pork mixed with beef? Do you have ground pork and stuff? I make pork meatballs with garlic and black pepper with no oil on the grill pan and they come out amazing (you just have to cook em long about 30 mins and turn alot cuz u dont want trich)
