my biggest regret is that i enjoyed being a developer for a group of people and building things and now without you guys i cant really build anymore

but i still think it was the healthy choice becasue i think the government is cracking down and free speech is becoming a really big liability for the hosts who host that kind of stuff. its really nice not having a target on my back anymore too lol

I hope you all are well. I think commander has a really good job keeping this website going. It's good to see my legazy still exists somewhat. I am curious to see how many years it continues

my original intent when i made SC though was to try to create a forum software that did not need moderators. i never gave up on that all the way to the end. 

you shoudl at least try to fix that :P

I never had that intent. The truth is, you need a good leader to manage it. I am not saying I am good or bad, but I do not believe in democracy. It leads to twatter.

dictatorships are what all forums are. why do you want to be like everyone else? this place was funner with the chaos my constant changes caused. I wanted to change the world for the better!

I don't take into account if I am like everyone else or not. It may have been funner when you did fuck ups, but It's not in my blood to be like that. I do not believe this forum was ever going to change the world, only the lives of its members. I prefer to use it as a social platform now.

If it was free of moderation, it will either get taken down for illegal/offensive content or get spammed by people like dex till it's unusable, whichever comes first. It's just how things are.
Even if you host it somewhere safe somehow, it will get spammed then, or turn into a cesspool for people who get ostracized from everywhere for a good reason, not just because of wrongthink.

That's why I think it's better to have management that tries to balance it out instead.
