Maybe I'm just not seeing it, but so far I see nothing in Cloudflare policy at least against doxing (so that end's good). They don't want people to incite violence or call cops on people who haven't done anything, but I'm starting to see how Kiwifarms has been able to keep going with Cloudflare (alongside others being complained about on numerous forums online). 

Both are fine and chances are neither will stick around after the drama blows over anyways.

Reason Roplox is fine: Posted info just like many people have done numerous times. Would be fine in any other context than Boosted tripping. Don't get the site taken down and no one gives a fuck.

Reason Boosted is fine: He can ask for personal info to be taken down. He probably did not know this. In fact it would be better if he pursued this route because making people resentful by attacking their community's site can really backfire. Just don't do dumb shit. Plenty of people have gotten other chances and it's been fine.

As with other issues here, there is a lot of precedence for leeway to be considered. However, the site needs to be kept running, so usually a "don't do that again" keeps everyone happy. Remember we are all special kidz with creativity...take that how you want. Cheers.

I mean, that's what happened. Roplox doxed and Chaos reported. They were then both banned as a result of what transpired.

My reasoning for wanting both unbanned is the same as Tryp's. I understand that Meta felt he needed to take immediate action due to how trigger-happy the host ending up being. Banning the two involved was the clearest way of communicating we took their complaint seriously -- and it did get them to rehost us right away -- but unless absolutely necessary I believe it's better to deal with them the way we would deal with anyone else.

And I don't believe it was absolutely necessary. The host won't check up on us later to make sure those two accounts are still banned and bans won't stop them (or anyone else) from pulling the same stunt again in the future. The best thing we can do is make it clearer for people they can request doxes to be removed by mods.
