Conversation with others seems to be the main thing I notice people doing to resolve internal issues. Social support can be a pretty powerful thing. Some also journal. A guy I know jots down his thoughts in a moody frenzy and then shreds the paper after, so that no one can see he wrote about them calling them a motherfucker, etc. It keeps him from blowing up on others.
