I am probably wrong about my initial statement if you are an engineer or chemist. If you are one of those 2 things I apologize, otherwise I am probably right.

Well this is honestly assuming he is okay at his job. I think if we worked in that field for the same amount of time he would be more proficient because I don’t see myself as being proficient in those fields. Some medical fields are like this too, but not all of them. For most work, working hard is simply enough after a while.

This has technically been answered within the contingency table, working with that as the function in the first place. 

Either Chapo is wrong or he is not. Correct? He has said that he is wrong, if I am an engineer or a chemist.

Why does that portion matter without the question of if you are or aren't one being proven? 

If you aren't an engineer or chemist, then Chapo is your superior.

Okay this statement's actually pretty humbling and it basically answers the table. 

It also further expresses why you'd be better in a management position than how he's presented himself, imo.

Otherwise I'm completely lost as to what you're trying to say. This should be a really simple yes/no question. There's no hidden intentions or catch. I'm literally just trying to get you to answer the question directly. Why don't you just answer it?

Well I know your answer is a table, but the question was a yes/no question.

Look, when answering yes or no to any question, a typical person will think about how they'd answer the question before putting an answer down. With variables missing, the answer cannot be a definitive one, and to make a definitive claim on one over the other would be foolish. 

I have otherwise answered that your function exists, that the if statement is there, but that contingency becomes irrelevant if you aren't one of those jobs (or the further occupational concessions Chapo has made since).
