testing nootropics

I just got some semax in (СЕМАКС) it's used

"for a broad range of conditions but predominantly for its purported nootropic, neuroprotective, and neurorestorative properties."

you could get a vile for injecting but I hate needles so I got a nasal spray bottle

so far there's not much taste or scent and I don't feel much if anything but it's only been like 30mins, will update

I have piracetam and some choline, phenibut and noopept. Used to take them a lot years ago, it did feel like it did something. But maybe it was just because I was in the mode of trying to stay on top of things.

One thing to note is a change in dreaming.  I can remember more of them and more about them, since.

I've taken noopept and phenibut before also and wondered the same thing, although like toast said

I did notice my dreams being much more vivid and memorable and my sleep being somewhat disturbed at first and I think that is a lot harder to explain with placebo. I do thing that at least some of the effects are placebo however, but it's a good thing. Like how I am much more likely to eat enough protein if I go to the gym on any given day - don't want to waste that hard work

I didn't notice anything dream/sleep related last night but on reflection I do think I was calmed and a bit clearer headed

I have replaced a lot of coffee drinking with tea or iced tea.  It has been nice.

 Coffee is a nootropic.

Caffeine does have a presence in some of them, yes.  It is a focus and energy enhancer, properly dosed.  (TC will likely have an argument against this, which may ultimately be true, but it is also true it has this effect.)

I like both coffee and l-theanine but the former can spike anxiety while the latter tends to decrease it, so it just depends on your personally

I have both at different times
