I agree. It is a lot of meat. Normally I eat a lot of chicken. I dont eat so much beef. Anyways, all meats I ate yesterday were low fat and high protein, so I think thats ok. Plus fish and chicken I do not see as problematic at all. And like I said, red meat I do not eat in that amount every day.
