funfact: i dont use any spices or additives in my food. no salt, no pepper, no chilli etc.

Breakfast muesli with blue & goji berries, chia & hemp seed 

Lunch some dish I forgot the name of with carrot salad and pasta (buffet)

Dinner a piece of cold chicken breast, cracker with cheese 

might have some nuts throughout the rest of the evening

supplemented throughout the day with tea, coffee and water

musli with 100% whole wheat/oats dried raisins and banana for breakfast plus i ate pears

trout fillet, rice and veggies for dinner

dont plan on eating anything more, usually drink 3-4 cups of coffee daily too

 

oh and I drank 4x 0.5l beers and a 0.33l cider tongue-out

its ideal to eat one fruit daily.  3x bananas too much

you eat too much meat too wtf, unless you exercise of course
