What makes you indifferent to it?  Do you not care about what the opinion of others are and not form your own?  I know that the aesthetics don't have a necessarily material, practical effect, but there is nuance and affect which might have relevance.

Now, I understand there's a literalism with schizophrenia, but you must have preferences.  Are they literal too?  How are preferences literal?  Pragmatic?

 you compared the colors of the buildings with children's cubes, but the colors don't evoke any associations for me. although, when I was young, my brain noticed the beauty of colors and their combinations, but that was a long time ago. then my favorite color was blue.

I'm sorry, but apparently you have a much better education than me. I have no idea what literalism is. :) I'm too dumb to answer your questions. :)

Literalism -- taking things literally.

It's "concrete thinking" (one taking this literally would think of cement and stone, but it's actually a metaphor for "rigid" or "inflexible" or the opposite of "abstract") and might be different than some features of autism spectrum, but superficially related.

For instance, proverbs and metaphor...

One common one is "loose lips sink ships" --> распущенные губы топят корабли

I don't know of any similar phrases in Russian, so there will be this language and cultural barrier which make communication about this even more difficult.

But as related to the architecture, still didn't answer the question of what your preferences are and why you think they are what they are.

yes. I think that's right. I have a narrowed range of emotional expressions. I have poor emotionality compared to normal people and I think this affects my receptivity. I am almost impervious to either praise or criticism, except when I am annoyed or angry.

 I can tell a beautiful person from an ugly one. But I don't understand what a beautiful or ugly building means.

 the only thing I notice is that painted buildings are better than gray buildings made of concrete slabs.

 yes. I often don't understand metaphors and proverbs. my head is definitely concrete. :)

 no. I no longer enjoy nature walks and good weather. I remember the times when after our long winter, I felt the warmth of the spring sun and I enjoyed it. But now I've lost that.
