I don't necessarily want children of my own but I do have thoughts of owning a private school one day.

It'd be your own child, living in your own house, witnessing any tantrum you'd be having in the privacy of your own home.
It's not the same as someone else's kid you saw at a specified Day Care, this is a kid who will see you during your off time.

I was also a babysitter for years, and like I said, my brother. I have seen daycare workers, and teachers, and babysitters, yelling at children. Not me.just because sc pisses me off does not mean I would ever scream at a baby and I never have. My brother punched me in the face, and I had to go to the hospital, I was bleeding, and needed stitches. Not once did I yell at him, he is mentally a child. Meanwhile my parents yell at him.

But you've entertained thoughts of disciplining them physically before. It's great that you've changed your mind now but it's very different having a set amount of hours working with kids knowing you can come home and relax vs. Living with them 24/7.

Yes 51 year old woman, I thought a gentle smack on the butt, almost a tap, not going crazy with it, was good when I was a 19 year old. That was three years ago. Most 19 year olds do not have the mentality to be a mother also, re read my post, I edited it.
