I am a caffeine addict. I have done coffee or tea every day for several years now

They make me feel like an alive person instead of a drowsy zombie. I take anywhere between 1-4 cups a day. Side effects include unavoidably having to shit 30 minutes after first dose of the day, and annoying my domestic partner while I am under the influence.

I will never stop, hardcore addict for life. My partner is also an addict, as are other members of the household, and I feel we enable each other as we often cop for each other and socially use together.

 Same.

I've dabbled over the years but I've never been hooked - well, except for when I was selling cocaine for a while and just threw all the profits up my nose. Can't say I've had any exciting episodes such as an overdose, though.

My mind has twisted inanimate objects into weird things like the time I thought I was seeing the demon dog off Ghost Busters when off my head on xtc in my mates living room. We'd been up all night at a rave in London and carried on into the next day.

I once thought I was Celt who'd come to the future and couldn't believe what he was seeing XD after smoking weed.

There was the one time I ate magic mushrooms, while doing time in jail - I stood there looking at myself in the mirror not recognising the person looking back, but that's about it really.

Promethazine (Anergan®), (Phenergan®)

I just call it phenergan but yeah, this shit reallt helps if you’re feeling seriously nauseated. I’m talking like you can’t stop throwing up.

ive tried a lot of different ones. So what I’ve learned is different anti-nausea drugs work best for different people at different dosages so it’s complicated you have to find the one that works best for you.

so if you tried something and it didn’t work that’s the wrong one most likely and you should try something else.

once I found the one that works it’s amazing. I never had issues with habit forming wirh this and it doesn’t get you high but I noticed it did relax me and make me slightly slightly more tired or at ease

downside is that it is a respiratory suppressant so you may feel like your chest is heavier or you can’t get quite enough air or deep breaths. It’s annoying and can be dangerous for people with serious lung conditions so be careful and do not combine with other respiratory suppressants like benzos or combine with alcohol as you could literally stop breathing possibly in your sleep and die.

but if you have food poisoning and want it to stop this is how. And a lot of opiate users take this because nausea and vomiting is something that very much comes with the territory of opiate abuse and addiction

that is all.

adenosine

this is a drug that IV administer if your heart won’t stop racing. It’s dangerous because they don’t know if they will accidentally make it stop and sometimes it can just make it worse. But there’s only one way to find out.

Russian roulette drug essentially so it’s very scary

and then the feeling of the drug itself is also very terrifying and intense.

if you’re ever in a hospital and curious to try some adenosine don’t ever do it

This will literally stop your heart and you will have to be resuscitated with shock paddles.

But if your heart will not stop racing from a medical issue not from a panic attack. This is how they reset it.

Many people with severe eating disorders who have been hospitalized in the ER from racing heart have likely experienced this drug as that was the cause of mine I believe, or perhaps I had a pre-existing issue and the eating disorder exasperated it.

It feels like your body turns to the heaviest bag of sand you can imagine all over just immense heaviness and you cannot move a single muscle not an inch. Your eyes roll to the back of your head and your mouth hangs open. You will take a final gasp of air and then no more. You’re unable to physically breathe in after your last exhale which feels unusually long and then that’s it. You sink through the floor many stories deep into the ground (yes just like the movie in train spotting) and you just feel the heaviness of your body pushing into the bed beneath yo like really intensely

All the blood pools at your toes because circulation stops and it leads to feeling like all the blood in your body is draining from your neck downward literally out of the ends of your feet

it’s even trippier than it sounds and it’s a wild wild ride.

the next day your chest will be sore like someone best it with a hammer repeatedly.

what I experienced is not a heart attack by the way it’s medically classified as tachycardia.

don’t have eating disorders guys because this wil happen to you. And I’m lucky that the medication they administered worked, and that it didn’t Jill me.

the first dose actually didn’t work and they had to give me a double dose so that is why I had to be resuscitated.

If you ever wanna know what death looks like and feels like though and to have an NDE (near death experience) then go for it.

but I warn you it will psychologically do a number on you so it’s not for the weak minded. Afterward I had an existential crisis and felt a bit detached from reality. And had a new perspective on life.

I experienced something that is attune to the Hindu death experience of you want to read about that aspect of what the NDE was like. It was literally what they describe in their religion. Some say this is due to all the chemicals being released in your brain like DMT. It was peaceful and enlightening but also very weird. To sum it up it feels like your soul turns into a balloon and floats up to the sky out of your body and connects with the universe.

Safety Disclaimer: **MUST READ**

Do not take any of these medications, supplements or vitamins without asking your doctor first and only take prescription medications you have been prescribed by your doctor.

Do not follow these dietary recommendations without consulting a doctor first, as this may not be right for you and could be detrimental to your health or health goals.

The reason I have been prescribed these supplements is due to serious deficiencies and regulation problems my body has. Your body most likely does not have these same problems, and taking these without a doctors approval is very dangerous.

Do not take b12 and folate, or folic acid if you already take Homocysteine supreme once a day.

If you are male do not take FemGuard + Balance, and do not take any form of Iron 1, 2, or 3 times a day without a doctor recommending it to you first. Typically it is only women that need to take iron, and it is likely unsafe for you to take this!

If you are considering a consult:

The doctor who gave me this is a Functional Medicine Doctor specialized also in Endocrinology, she is a dietitian/nutritionist and Dermatologist and works at an Integrative Medicine clinic. This is not a General Practitioner/Family doctor, she is highly specialized and it required a lot of bloodwork to determine this was a correct and safe recommendation for only me specifically

>there was also an extensive evaluation questionnaire and detailed elaborate physical, and interview process

>DO NOT go to one of these doctors and leave out any information or lie in your evaluation, dishonest answers to questions like this can result in seriously harming your health or can be fatal. All information is kept private by your doctor. Yes, all information.

Where the medications come from:

None of these medications are obtained in your local grocery store and are not to be confused with them. They are prescription only, through a vendor called OrthoMolecular. Except the magnesium's vendor is called Designs for Health.

They come to my door in a box once a month in the dosages and number of capsules I need per month, except the lexapro and klonopin which are prescribed by a psychiatrist. I have to get renewal of my prescription every 90 days after seeing the psychiatrist for a re-evaluation to make sure my medications are still right for me. And then I pick them up the lexapro at a pharmacy once every 90 days for a re-fill, and the klonopin I re-fill only as needed.

If you have any questions at all do not hesitate to ask your doctor, and if you have questions about what the process was like for me I will be glad to share more details about my experience for you if you think it will help you! You can contact me by DMing me on discord only at blanc#1758, you must add me as a friend first and then I have to accept for you to be able to message me! There are no wrong questions or anything to feel embarrassed about.

They really need to know everything, so if you are not prepared to be this open with someone you should not seek out this kind of consultation if you cannot answer and provide open and fully honest information.
