Ur just jelly cuz u saw I'm young and skinny 😋

Your weaponizing of your aesthetic, plus your fixation on makeup, makes me think you don't think you're attractive and need others to validate it for you.

Wait, i don't get the first two things

She uses her appearance to one-up people, as we saw her do against Turquie when they were duking it out (followed by drooling men saying Peach already won the battle by just being hot). It's otherwise come up in lesser forms more than once and I think it's gross. Her using her appearance as a weapon like that demonstrates a shallow expression of an insecure, competitive urge, one where she sees how nice she looks as if it were criteria for being better than someone else.

Combine this with her fixation on makeup and it sells me further insecurity. Makeup when worn for more than just art-reasons is done from a believed status quo over the modern state of women in today's society; That women need makeup to be anything in this world, to be accepted by their peers. We often see the very same mentality extend to staying in shape, fashion choices, and other aesthetic elements in ways that men in the same society are not held to the same standard for. This mentality overall is one of the many things that keeps women shackled down as a "secondary gender"; the idea that they need to work harder to be in the same position as others who don't.

These two factors together sell me the idea that she feels the need to keep up aesthetic appearances for a sense of value and worth, and that others showing lesser expressions of it can be squashed through that venue. She shames people for being "ugly" because of how that would be a horrible thing for her to hear about herself, and people confirming how hot she looks enables and reinforces the behavior.

 Yes.

She seemed surprised when I told her we don't need a 'makeup community' on SC bc some of us consider makeup to be a tool, like a screwdriver or a snowblower, and not worthy of building 'communities' around. Elevating makeup to the level of Dostoevsky or Yo-Yo Ma, or hell, Jackie Chan even (people who are worthy of their fandoms) is absurd, imo.

For this she called me a fugly bulldyke (?) or smthg like that.

She seemed even more surprised when I told her I don't wear makeup bc I don't actually need it, and told her to look at my pics for proof.

Then she made her own wittle thread for me and blanc lol

Not sure if I've posted on this version of SC about it, but I enjoy being around attractive people as much as the next person. If they're not cunts.

But being a cunt makes ppl less attractive, no matter what kind of body they were born into.

For example, Jack Gleeson is a brilliant actor bc he made me see him as fugly in his role as Joffrey Baratheon. Tbh, I was a little dismayed to read that he doesn't want to act anymore. He is that good.

When he was in an interview as himself, I was surprised by how good looking I found him. Because he was warm and smart and funny, which softened up his features and brought out the best that his good genes gave him.

Constant narc bullshit and attempts at one upping everybody around are never attractive, imo. I find people who do that to be thoroughly annoying and rude.

I was extremely hot in my youth, btw. And I don't miss the creepy attention one bit.

I understood aesthetic as style and fashion like, mood even, i didn't understand what you meant by weaponized but the make up bit is weird, you can like make up without feeling a need to be accepted by others. Many people like playing around different make ups and it's pretty uncool to label it as wearing it for others to be accepted when you can just wear it for yourself.

Too bad so sad. I'm not a sheep. I like who I like and I dislike who I dislike, and Idgaf what a bunch of nasty, neurodivergent creeps think of me  :D

Out of the ppl who don't give enough fucks about sex to like peach solely bc they want to fuck her, it would seem that she's bribed most of ppl who are undecided.

~ shrugs ~

Guys what do you say, should we dox this shithead?

The example between her and Turquie's pretty on point

but the make up bit is weird, you can like make up without feeling a need to be accepted by others.

Yeah, when it's about art solely. You tend to see this more from people who work in theater, but there are others who aren't doing it to feel more comfortable being seen by other people. Edit: A lot of people who use it out of insecurity expand into the arts, but if they dropped their art you'd still see them wearing at least minimal levels of makeup to get through the day.

Men have a similar aesthetic challenge, but for them it's more about looking good enough to find a mate rather than looking good enough to leave the house. It's also been shown that men of considerably lower aesthetic scores can get away with more than women of the same rating.

For some reason culture tries to sell men as a matter of "distinction", while women are instead meant to not just be "beautiful", but also "beautiful enough". I'd argue it even translates into trans politics with MtF's expressing much more of a need to both blend in and look good by comparison to FtM's who simply embrace the bro they always knew was in them.

Edit: I understand that society's believed needs creates a status quo for makeup, but where it's taken shows the individual.

Many people like playing around different make ups and it's pretty uncool to label it as wearing it for others to be accepted when you can just wear it for yourself.

You can, but how she displays it in conjunction with using it as a form of attack makes me see it more like her putting on armor.

Ur just jelly cuz u saw I'm young and skinny 😋

Why would it be that, as opposed to anything else?

We were getting along for awhile, based on agreeing on some topics and acting civil in chat and posts. Then when I posted a selfie in ddddddd's thread she went back to hating me. The timing correlated so I guessed.

Sc is pretty boring.
