Unfortunately this doesn't qualify as any proof that he's hurt or sexually abused kids. Is it absolutely disgusting? Yes.
But unless he's admitted to hurting kids, watching, saving and / or distributing CP, plotting to hurt children and there's reasonable concern there's not a lot police will do.
