Yeah I’m now consistently aching instead off just pangs of ache. It’s mild but I keep noticing it and I’m either paranoid or, there is something up.

Could be flu instead of covid. But, obvioulsy having been just exposed to it, it’s obvious what it likely could be...

It may be just physiological stress from tension or me being hyper sensitive, I also had a slight runny nose but it was so slight I thought nothing of it. And my throat will randomly like hurt a little bit, or it feels dry at times but it was so minute I thought, nothing of it.

Something weird is my jaw hurts after chewing which doesn’t normally happen. Not sure what that’s about. But it hurts pretty bad. On both sides. Perhaps wisdom tooth? No... or perhaps part of the muscle aches, as there is muscle there too.

I really wish this was just the flu. Last time I had the flu I felt like I was dying at one point, it was pretty freaking bad. So, I’m worried this is going to be like that or worse, and then of course there is the worry of developing complications.

I’m literally making myself light headed with anxiety.

I’m really freakin out.

I researched and according to the CDC a person is not *likely* to be contagious 10 days after the onset of their symptoms. My grandma went to the doctor five days before she came down to see us because she thought she had a sinus infection and he *negligently* prescribed her an antibiotic and did not TEST her. Smh. What a joke.

So it’s possible that was the onset of the covid. It’s also possible that it truly was a sinus infection, and her onset of covid was much later. We really dont’ know.

But, if she did have symptoms 5 days before arrival. That means that she was at the height of her contagion on the day she arrived. And then the three days after, I had very very little interaction with her. Which leaves her at the 10 day mark of *most likely to be least contagious* and, my main possibility of transmission from surfaces.

The moments I was face to face with her the first three days after she arrived (which are crucial in this time line scenario) were extremely brief if at all.

But yeah, my body is hurting so. It’s either from tension, or, I’m experiencing the onset of symptoms. And my nose was runny today. But then it went away and now it’s pretty much not? And I don’t sound stuffy or congested.

I remember *last night* thought for some reason I was stuffy and found myself wanting to breathe through my mouth because I felt like I wasn’t getting enough air with how clogged my nose was, and in the morning I woke up stuffy but then it went away through out the early morning.

This happens to me sometimes, waking up stuffy or runny nose, like- it happens very frequently to me through out the year. So I just, kind of wrote it off as nothing.

And like I said I sneezed a couple times yesterday and today. :/ which, I don’t normally do. That.

My dad also has been sneezing though, but my mom has not. So, it could just be allergies. Or it could be us starting to get sick.

I’m worried for myself and my family, and my head is running through the worst possible scenarios all because of some body aches.

They are in my ribs and back, like, the back of my ribs or sides. my upper and lower arms. And then randomly in the top of my foot twice. And then on my neck on either side like closest to my shoulders.

My throat also sort of randomly feels pain, it’s not a sore throat, but it’s the same kind of pain as the muscle aches like the actual esophagus just hurts with a muscle ache body ache, ache. Kind of pain, randomly and briefly. And then after swallowing only sometimes, not consistently.

After drinking water though it doesn’t feel dry or sore, and no difficulty swallowing. No cough.

So this could just be from tensing up a lot?

As I am typing this the consistent aching turned off and switched back to pangs of ache.

There is also randomly pain in my legs, upper and lower and the groin. And even my butt. Yeah. It’s very subtle but it’s there. Wrists, shoulders, elbows, and fingers. Under the arm. It’s everywhere. Idk.

I had this same sort of onset of symptoms when I had the flu, really bad one year. It felt exactly like this, I had like this body aches going on that was mild and you could ignore it. And then the next day it was like bam. Way worse.
