Wisconsin Statute 6.87(6d) stipulates that any ballot "may not be counted" if it is missing the address of the voter's witness. The Wisconsin Elections Commission in August issued a directive to voters that reaffirmed that statute: "If [the witness signature and address] is missing, your ballot will not be counted," the directive read.
The Wisconsin Election Commission
1) permitted local county election clerks to cure spoiled ballots by filling in missing addresses for witnesses even though state law invalidates any ballot without a witness address.
2) exempted as many as 200,000 citizens from voter ID rules by allowing them to claim the COVID-19 pandemic caused them to be "indefinitely confined."
3) failed to purge 130,000 names from outdated voter rolls as required by law.

Those are classically blue States, I'd be really surprised with any change there. Georgia's recount led to even more favorability for Biden. Arizona and Pennsylvania are the two places I think where a difference is possible. But I don't see it happening.

there is a case that can be pursued in michigan, though i'm not sure how potent it would be, besides pennsylvania, trump needs to win suits in at least michigan, wisconsin or georgia, it is unlikely that he will be able to do this, so i wouldn't keep my hopes up

He's more likely to back down and compensate within a business tangent ala Trump TV. If he can't find scapegoats that help him win, he moves on to greener pastures to preserve his ego.
