Wars are those things with guns and bombs and gore for days. You know... where people bleed and lose limbs and explode and die by the thousands and sometimes millions.
Movements are those things where people march in the street and wave banners and shout slogans. Sometimes they turn into riots where ppl break stuff and rough each other up a little. There are few if any actual deaths.
I think you're talking about a movement, not another Civil War. War is nasty business, and not smthg you want to hope for.
