Will Apple do it ? Probably not. They need to keep the OS easy to use for it's user base Things like customization will make it too difficult for you to use, then you'll hear the endless complaints. 

You could have all of those features now, but you're more into branding than the actual tech.

but like, don’t accuse me of liking the brand just for the branding XD 

when that’s not the reason i chose to stick with apple... *face palm* like, basically criticizing me or like, um... making assumptions about my decision making and though processes, sort of with a belittling or condescending tone. Alluding to, an inability to understand technology, or a naive consumerist nature about my personality, in a subtle passive aggressive intonation, insinuating that I’m, essentially, stupid or, simple minded. 

People have the freedom of choice, and I’d love to learn about all the wonderful things about androids and why they’re awesome and the cool things they can do.

just the latest iOS update allowing more customization, just dropped, so it led me to having an idea... about Notification Center. 

Not just, for apple but, for all phones. 

I know it’s technically possible with jail breaking but, I’ve found it makes my device *way* too glitchy so I don’t like dealing with it. 

But yeah if there is anywhere i can see my idea um, has already come to fruition or, an example of it somewhere.. i would love for someone to show it to me :)

Just imagine, for the first time ever you can customize your iPhone's home screen the way you want it, will you ever go back to the default look you were NEVER able to change ? Of course not, that's boring.

For the past year Apple has been doing things right. iPhone 11 is actually good and even durable for a change, and the new line up will be more affordable. ( Cause you know, Apple honestly couldn't compete with Samsung this time, and there's no excuse for them to make an overpriced device when they haven't any new tricks )

Why are you showing me the new iOS as if I haven’t seen it before, when that’s precisely what I’m talking about in the title of this thread referring to the new iOS.

anywho, this thread was about altering Notification Center a bit and if you could show me a phone that does what I described then I’d be into it. Even if its jail broken I just would want to see my idea come to fruition. 

 
Notification Center option for iPad. This would be as customizable as the home screens are.

I’ve also had ideas about the functionality and design of popular apps and websites. 

Including the one we’re on right now. 

But I’m not sure if it’s for everyone, I just wish it was possible to, create as an option for fun. For people to use. 

It’d be so cool if websites themselves and apps themselves were as customizable as these home screens if not more so. Imagine being able to customize what you see on your monitor too. To like, a really extensive length, not just the colors and backgrounds, or icons. 

You know what I mean? Like I mean, the actual functionality of it and how it actually works, in addition to the design and aesthetic. 

Imagine if you could log in to tumblr and like, make it how you want just sliding stuff around. 

Say you want this graphic detail of a heart to pop up every time you click like, or say, you want to turn that off. Say you want the windows to Seamlessly minimize, say you want a sliding graphic, can toggle that on or off. Say you want to make it look retro. Or transparent, or, like an oil slick sort of color scheme that looks sort of blade runner and like translucent. 

idk. Like, i want full, detailed, customization. For all websites. 

Like, on Pinterest, i thought it’d be a great idea to be able to just slide the pin you want to save, over into the board you want it in. So on one side, you see the pins you’re scrolling through. And on the other side of the screen just a small portion of the screen or, perhaps you want it to be Half the screen it’s up to you. You see, uh, all your boards that you’ve created which you can scroll through like a separate screen. Divided focus. 

And then you just drag the pin you want, over into the board you want. 

Or something *like* that. 

You can organize it however you want, like say you want to see the boards just as round icons, and only at the top of your feed. Or say you only want to see four of your boards, not all 78 of them. But then later, you want to see a different four boards, and hide the rest. 

You see what i mean? Like, everything needs to be *smoother* and *faster* with *more* multi-tasking capability than ever before, with more customization, with more aesthetic updates. 

Because this is the future and, i mean, google glasses and spectacle are already here. Like we’re in the blade runner age, but we haven’t updated the aesthetics and operation of our websites to match what this technology is truly capable of. 

Like the way this website operates is archaic to me. Archaic. 

The possibility of web design, like, the fact it’s so infinite and it’s just the blank canvas of pure possibility to me is very awesome. But why aren’t we taking advantage of it. 

I know people need simple sometimes, but, there should be the option for people who want to deviate from the default. 

Let me dream a little. 

But yeah, Notification Center is fucking POINTLESS my dudes. Why not give it the functionality it deserves 

I want to see devices become more intuitive and have more fluidity and ease of use 

and that includes integration with the apps you download with the device you use as well 

because right now it’s kind of choppy and uh, a bit of a hassle in some areas in the way that a device maybe was in like, the iPhone 3 era. 

It needs to be quick. 

And the raise to wake feature is cool but its also severely annoying because then my shit is fucking getting all fucked up when I’m like, holding it in my hand without me realizing it 

i also hate buttons. We are past the point of BUTTONS like.... WHY are they there, just to be annoying?? Because that’s what they are. 

Like i want the device to be totally sleek, like why does the camera STICK OUT of the back why is it not flush with the design. 

It drives me absolutely mad that these devices essentially require a fucking bullet proof case on both sides if you want it not to get fucked the fuck up. But then you can’t put it on a CHARGING DOCK with the case on. 

Make the cASE compatible with the CHARGING DOCK HELLO ITS 2020 WHAT ARE WE DOING 

HELLOOOOOOOOO 

MAKE THE CASE HOLD A CHARGE WITHOUT BEING THE SIZE OF THE GREAT WALL OF CHINA

yes blue tooth headphones are great but guess what they fucking die.
