Everybody farts, it's a normal body function. If it makes you uncomfortable let him know. My ex would fart and laugh while I gagged and threw pillows or socks at him, he would retaliate later but trapping me under the covers when he farted in bed and I would blow my nose on his shirt.

 After my second time wishing I was being waterboarded instead, I succumbed to my fate. My hands and feet tend to get cold so shoving them under his shirt/boxers/pants and between his thighs was also retaliation.

I used to be really prissy about bodily functions tho, had it drilled that farting needed to be done in a bathroom and if the person passed gas anywhere near me it was mean to humiliate and disrespect me. That they obviously thought I was less than a person since they did such a "bad/impolite" thing around me. 

Break up with them and live alone 

We fart in front of each other all the time. If you love someone you understand they are human and its normal

We all know girls don't fart
