@9:40

I wish I could tag you peach but, I know you were asking about the ultra violet palette from urban decay and in my opinion I think this melt palette might be a little better if you're looking for an all purple palette

I'm sharing this video here just to talk about this eyeshadow palette. I'm a melt cosmetics Stan so of course I want it but like, ugh. it's so pretty.

I'm glad melt did this because I feel like it was something a lot of major brands have tried their hand at creating, but they were sort of missing from their brand. just an all purple palette.

and it's honestly my favorite one I've seen. it's kind of a "mulberry" purple rather than a true purple so that's what sets it apart from other palettes on the market in my opinion.

all melt palettes, I honestly want to fucking eat. like I want to fucking eat them they're just so fucking delicious lmao

and they're glittery lipglosses are so pretty too.... they really, in my opinion are out here just like, out doing all the brands on the market.

they're like, oh you want purple? this is how you do purple sweetie.

oh you want glittery lip gloss? let me give you 10x the glittery lipglosses you've seen here you go.

the only thing better than melt in my opinion is pat magrath, but the price tag is double.

these are on par with Natasha denona. the Natasha denona formula is chalkier than melt, melt is more pigmented and creamy so its like bam pigment, bam, blends perfectly like butter without going patchy, bam. bam bam.

creamy beautiful perfection ugh. I just, I Stan melt. also the owners are a lesbian couple that is all bye

@7:23 to see the finished eye look

just look at it. and tell me you've seen a better purple eye look. I'll wait.

I love the foxy lip liner too that's like a cool tone nude.... wowee

melt cosmetics.... smh. she always does it to me.

I like kkw even tho she’s trashing it
And I like the bronze collection from Natasha denona it’s gorgeous fucking gorrrrrgeous

because I’m a nude ass bitch I can never have enough of that it’s just my fave thing like I Stan browns and taupe eyeshadow I know how boring but

to me it’s fascinating so yep I’m just weird

i could look at neutral glam eye looks all day

the Gucci bronzers look insanely beautiful

I personally Stan the Charlotte cream and she deserves the price tag because it’s a stand alone product there is nothing else like it. It truly is magic land the demand for its very high and the brand is high end. It’s just a beautiful product. Beautiful.

I like the cremated palette and I think the glosses are pretty. All drama aside not reviewing the person or the brand or product names etc. literally just the makeup I’m talking about, I personally like it.

i fell in love with color pops smoke show palette back in October it’s so so beautiful and it was the palette I got the most excited over. So yes I highly recommend it!! Especially as an affordable alternative. I’m glad she brought that up because I would of forgot.

The GlamGlow MoistureTrip Omega-Rich Moisturizer

I just wanted to come on here to say hi, I love this moisturizer. It smoothed out all the wrinkles and dryness in my hands and now they look and feel so smooth and soft like a babys butt. I know of some great hand creams that have a similar affect, they're very high end expensive lotions, but- they don't leave it as smooth feeling. Like, this is better than L'occitone... yeah. So, it's free of fragrances. It's not really meant for your hands it's for your face which is even better. Because, after seeing what it did to my hands, I'm like yeah, I need this on my face too. thanks.

Applying moisturizer is super important for anti-aging and maintaining that layer of your skins balance that gets very stripped from washing, damaged by the sun. Keeping the skin moist also prevents acne. Which seems like it would have the opposite affect but, no. It's the other way around. Keep your skin moist as often as you can. Moisturizer is key ingredient to any skin care regiment.

That being said, this, is the best one I've tried. And I've tried a lot of moisturizers. This is surprisingly a really good product it kind of knocked me off my feet a bit and made me go oh wow- this is different.

It really is better than other moisturizers for the purpose of hydrating dry skin and erasing all those fine lines.

This isn't an acne regiment solely on its own, but after you've done your cleansing, exfoliating, toners, serums, essences, acne treatments, whatever the hell else you like to do to your skin, your SPF- this, is the moisturizer you need to put on top of all of that.

Also, moisturizer will help all of those other products absorb into the skin. And if you did cleanse and exfoliate, your skin may be feeling dry and stripped and you need this to restore that balance- or, if you used a harsher anti-aging or acne regiment this will be very soothing and creamy (it feels like butter) to put on your skin afterwards.

Like a lot of people love hyaloronic acid and BHA's, etc. chemicals like that. Which are known to help the skin absorb moisture- but, if your environment doesn't have a lot of moisture, it's actually going to have the opposite effect, and it will start drawing the moisture out of your skin and into the environment. So you need to make sure your skin is moisturized and coupling a moisturizer with these products.

So yeah this is a really nice treat and it's something nice, if you're looking to invest in a good, good product and you have dry skin, you're going to love this. There's no fragrance to it really, it's light weight and airy you don't really feel it, it's clear not white cast or anything like that.

And it feels, so good. It's just so nice and, I highly recommend!!!

I just wanted to share this here because she is one of my favorite makeup people.

i trend to share a lot of the fun looks or more glam or artistic makeup because that is fun but

on the daily this is more the type of look I might go for most days and I think she puts a lot of research time, money and detailed thought behind every product she puts on the face and explains really well exactly how to apply it to achieve the look

she is also realistic about the fact we are humans with faces and doesn’t recommend products that will only look good if you are a mannequin and have perfect studio lights. It’s products that look good on real humans in their real day to day lives, so ive found this very helpful Great advice

so you’re not sinking your money into products that aren’t the best thing you could be buying

the biggest part of makeup is skin. And I look for artists who’ve mastered the skin more than anything now because that’s where the true sourcery lies with makeup artistry.

any eye look you choose to do is not going to look as good or be as likable if you haven’t mastered the brows and the face and they are actually the most important of every look you do.

she really helped me eliminate rookie mistakes and understand how to achieve what I was actually going for ❣️

I just wanted to pop on here to talk about skin care.

I tried a new exfoliator that I got in a Boxy Charm a while back. And, I do not recommend it. It was too rough on my skin. I tried using it a few times just to give it a fair shot.

It’s too rough, and yet- the granules are too small, and don’t “wash off” the skin easily- they also, get in my eyes, and trapped in my eyebrow hairs, my hair line, down the neck- etc. It’s a whole, mess. Getting them in my eye or lashes, is probably the most aggravating part-

but if it worked really well and had excellent affects on my skin, I would keep using it.

And honestly- the first night I used it, I was really impressed with how soft, bright, and beautiful my skin texture felt and looked. It was a really clean feeling, cleaner than other exfoliants and cleansers I’ve tried. And it was just over all a really excellent result- I *almost* fell in love with it. It felt like luxury, it felt like quality.

But then, I hate to the bearer of bad news but, it turns out the exfoliant, was a little too rough, and perhaps, there was something about it that was pore clogging or, something about the formula just wasn’t, right for my skin.

It appeared to “tear” my skin above my eyebrows and resulted in acne there, or worsening of very diminished acne was now red and looked like wounds or scratches. And, I also got a few of these on my cheeks.

As I continued to use it but this time rubbing much more gently- assuming maybe I was too rough with it last time-

I started breaking out even more, in a way which- I honestly haven’t broken out in maybe a year or two. And this was a direct result of using the exfoliator the next day. I gave it a break between days with no trouble. And then as soon as I started using it again- more tearing, more scratches and wound like break outs- as well as clustered areas of clogged pores.

My guess is the granules are small enough to get stuck in the pores, and it’s too fine- which is the same reason it gets in your eyes and lashes similar to the texture of sand. And though the granules are very fine, they are still too, sharp and rough on my skin- and results in tearing- worsening, acne. Which isn’t what you want your exfoliator to do.

All in all, I don’t know if this is a physical or a chemical exfoliator, but I’m going to go with probably a physical exfoliator based on how it feels. My skin did not like it. I’ve heard the physical exfoliants are generally bad for your skin for a lot of reasons-

and, well I’ve paid the price for not listening to that advice.

So yeah, it’s very rare that I will say a product is completely a “no go” but, unfortunately this is one of those times because the results were just, so bad. I’ve never seen my skin that bad. I don’t naturally get acne that badly like- ever in my life so. It actually made my skin, so, much worse.

If you are struggling with your skin like I was this past week, the regiment that helped me take it back to zero and get clear skin again, was simply washing my face with anti bacterial soap (use a pump) in Luke warm water *with completely clean hands* morning and night- and then using an Aveeno exfoliant after double cleansing with the anti bacterial soap.

And you really want to go in circular motions outwards on your face, and do these little circles with your fingers across all areas, for about 30-60 seconds minimum. And when I cleanse I put my entire face under the running water of a shower because this is the most sterile and effective method to fully cleanse the skin.

I then also repeated the same process with just the anti microbial soap under the jaw line and chin, up behind the ears and below them, and all the way down the entire neck front and back and then the rest of my entire body. Rubbing in circular motions Upward and out, not downward and inward.

Just because sometimes that bacteria and soap can run down your neck and chest especially, and you wanna make sure to completely cleanse away all of that residue really well.

I stopped using brushes/ loofas/ and even wash rags. I just use my hands. As I’ve noticed that especially on the face- my skin, is best, when I keep it really really simple- and really consistent.

Which brings me to my next little mini review. The PMD vibrating facial tool.

I was really excited to get this, I thought it was going to make cleansing my skin so much fun- but once again. Long story short, this was too rough for my skin.

And, it caused me to have more acne. I don’t know if it just wasn’t an affective cleanse or, maybe the vibration of the tool was allowing the dirt to slip back into the pores and clog them, I really don’t know.

But, this product wound up being a no go for me as well. Though I gave it a lot a lot of tries and really gave it, it’s best shot.

My skin likes to keep it really simple so.

I try to pretty much keep it as simple and basic as possible, and keep everything “off” of it as much as I can. No extra tools, nothing extra, no, nothing.

Just soap, water, and gentle motions with just the finger tips.

Another tip: wash your bedding. Sheets, blankets- and especially pillow cases.

And, don’t forget to wash your masks, or UV light sterilize them. This will really help to limit the “maskne” as much as you can.

Wash your makeup brushes.

Don’t re-use towels.

And when I get out of the shower I don’t even pat my skin off with a towel.

I try not to touch my skin at all. Do not pick, pop, scratch, etc. Just, stop touching your face. Seriously. Your skin will thank you. Let it do its thing. It will heal itself.

My biggest thing is sometimes I get dry areas especially above my eyebrows or my eye lid. I have no idea why. But yeah, leave it all alone. Is the best advice I can give. Because if you scrape off those dry patches you’re actually just making them worse.

If you do have acne, that you really badly want to “pop” or pick at. The best thing you can do to sort of “soothe” that desire to get rid of it, is just put on “pimple patches” or, a sulfur acne mask. Origin and proactive have some great acne products, which are highly concentrated and very pure. So they actually work. Pink clay is also a great thing for acne clearing. And just any drug store sheet mask is nice you can put on a few actually, or, some from I believe I’ve tried some from burt’s bees and other brands. I haven’t found any sheet masks that have made my skin worse or been bad yet- so, really just any face mask will do.

Another fun thing I’ve been really loving lately is under eye masks. Especially with my skin being aggravated and me trying to keep products off of it to bring it back to zero.

I’ve been using these little under eye masks- it relaly doesn’t matter what brand but. You know the ones that are kind of crescent shaped like a moon and you just stick it on under your eye. They’re actually really soothing and I like putting them on at night or in the morning just as a little happy and I have noticed it does make a difference with puffiness and sort of smoothing out that under eye area.

So yeah. Those are fun. I got mine in a boxycharm called, “like an energy drink for your eyes” or whatever something like that. I really like them!

Although make sure to put them on dry skin, as when your skin is wet or has other skin care products on them they will just slide off. And, a tip is, when you apply them, make sure you are looking down, and that will help you place them on your eye without getting them too close to that lower lash line, as you don’t want the lower lash line and the mask to touch. You’ll figure it out. Just don’t get the little mask thingies (or the serum) in your eye. Bad idea. Lol

Some people like to take the remaining serum and rub it into their skin, I don’t do this personally but, just make sure to only rub it on your under eye, not the rest of your face and especially not on your eye lid, or above the eyes, as the serum will sink down- and will slowly collect in the corners of your eyes on either side. You won’t realize it but yeah a few hours later randomly you will just suddenly feel your eyes start burning like mad.

So, yeah don’t, put the serum, above the eye. Only the under eye area. Don’t get it in the eye. Be careful. That is all.

Enjoy. Lol
