TBH I didnt care much about the Beauty Bakerie Breakfast In bed palette at first, although it seems to have been everywhere this summer. Well I just got it in my boxycharm for this month and at first I'm like, "uh. No. That'll deff be a Christmas present for one of my sisters or something" but then I started looking up swatches and tbh swatches look way cuter than how it looks in pan.

The sister I was thinking of gifting this to doesnt know anything about makeup and didn't ask for this or anything, but she is SUPER sjw and this is a black owned brand and also she does ask me for advice on makeup sometimes since I wear it so I thought it may make a good neutral starter palette for her. I am on the fence I may keep it for myself and get her something non-makeup related and centered around her other interests instead. I need to watch more swatch vids first to decide.

i like the orange one. Lol these are really gorgeous if you’re in need of like a certain shade,it’s great to like throw on top of looks etc. 

idk how the prices are but, the appearance reminds me of pat magrath. 

I want to orange one for November but I know fall will be over soon, but.. yeah they’d all be convenient to have as toppers and inner corners  

oh and i love the pink one called doll face and angel wings 

and then the look she does at the end is so pretty... the matte’s, the shimmers, they’re all great. But the JD glow unexpected shade though it’s gorgeous it is more textured than i prefer with the chunky ness of the glitter but at the same time i’ts so pretty i dont’ care lol. 

And the Becca holiday cheek palette she used I’ve been low key eyeing since I’ve been seeing it in a few tutorials. At first i anti-hauled this because of the shape but, the colors are so pretty... i can look past the weird shaped ness

 I realized I already have exact dupes of 5 shades, and 2 others so I depotted the 2 I wanted and I'm going to give the rest to my sis on thanksgiving

I need it. I’ve smelled this before in store and have always wanted it since but put off buying it and it haunts me everywhere i see it everywhere and now they have a sparkly pink version of it i can justify buying it because before i thought it looked ugly but now this pink version is more my speed 

because i love glamming the makeup space and just making it extra, collecting all things pink and glittery and amazing. So this will be the perfect addition to match my aesthetic decor wise and... and its just so cute and pretty and it smells v good.

This eye look is so pretty and their highlighters I died over when they first dropped and I’m still obsessed with themmmmmm. I love Nabla and hope to see so much more from them. But yeah that glitter quad that dropped recently with their latest new palette, was on the top of my list of like fave latest releases for sure. They’re really up and coming as a brand for me and starting to stand out. And yeah, I’d love to give it a shot. 

I like the packaging of their glittery quad better than the other eyeshadow packaging. And they slapped on the highlighter packaging so. I’m not sure what’s going on with the eye shadow palettes looking kind of, “indie” still. But, I’m not mad about it but I just noticed there was kind of a random inconsistency in branding there.

Initial first impression: I have to say the packaging is fucking gorgeous 

Okay I’m not going to lie, i was maybe into the jeffree green collection that just dropped but 

idk, I think i change my mind 

I’m just not into anything green tbh. I know thats probably lame but yeah its just not my thing. 

I also am passing on the color pop x raw beauty kristi palette, not because i dont love kristi, i really do love kristi but, it just wasn’t speaking to me and that’s okay. I could work with it but it just wasn’t calling my name like other things have been.
