Not really. The riots are problematic and should be addressed just as much as police brutality should.
That'd imply they are both equally important, which I believe is clearly not the case. The US has systemic and deep-rooted issues with racism and police brutality. It doesn't have a systemic rioting problem.
It has a cultural outrage problem which often leads to rioting and looting. Doesn't help that some people just want to steal Jordans from the mall and use a crisis to get away with it. There's a tendency among a block of the US population to react with emotion and hurt their own cause.
