i am not doing pics tho until i'm at least 30lbs down otherwise the minimal progress is too discouraging to me because im very impatient

If you are impatient, focus on diet caloric restriction first, then on exercise. Diet gives faster results. Start by eliminating all the carbohydrates from your diet for a couple of weeks (not more), see how it goes. It is the fastest way, if you are the type to be motivated/encouraged by results early on.

I just want other people to read this shit and be confused whether it's part of the post or not.

I show off too much in real life, but enough to not feel the need to do it here, little aubry. The hoody pics of me is all you get.

The people I share with you are people who have come a long way. I think it's important to derive your motivation from people who aren't skinny instagram models just interested in fitness, but rather are people who have made weight loss a part of their life style, and document the realistic process of it. 

 

They experience bumps in the road along their journey's, and they document that, the lows- with the highs. And I think this will help you most inspiration wise- to get past road blocks you may experience. They provide a deep rationale for their weightloss, which sticks, in your mind psychologically and makes it easier to make the life style changes- when you feel a reason for it, or a drive to do so that has meaning that is deeper than skin deep. 

 

Surrounding yourself with people who are going through exactly what you are going through is so helpful on so many levels. And you can find it online, for free. 

 

They also offer great training/nutritional advice from in pretty much every video, and can offer help if you hit a weight loss "plateau" (your body just kind of stagnates and isn't dropping weight at the same rate it was, or not at all). 

 

also, a word of advice- don't weigh yourself as often. Weight loss actually fluctuates especially in females- and is perfectly normal. People often get discouraged when they weigh themselves everyday, because they see, "two pounds up? five pounds??? what??" and think it's not working, that they did something wrong, that they're doomed to never lose weight. etc. and end up giving up. 

 

this is just how your body works, and you are *still losing weight* it's just what your body does. professionals recommend weighing yourself less often- and keeping more of a focus on your BMI and the levels within that- i.e: muscle to fat ratio, water weight, things of that nature. 

 

This girl shows here a good scale for decent price that gives you a good amount of info.
