 Further evidence to my point above. Two cases of deflection because introspection is not possible for you. Anything potentially negative about your person is automatically an attack, the person must be "mad", thus it must be invalidated and defended because any opinion that shakes my worldview is discarded without a second thought. I won't tell you to work on it because you'll also see that as an attack. As for humor:

 Here on Sc, for me, mostly the unaware are funny. Mockery can be humorous but grows stale quick, and it tends to be devoid of any wit. When people beat a dead horse or group to attack certain individuals, it more so shows something about them, and what they're lacking in life. Wanting to feel powerful, either because the person is an easy target or they hurt their feelings, the reasons stem from weakness.

There's nothing to look at here, there's just me disagreeing with your "distaste". You're using this overarching "logic" to mask feelings. 

If you'd look around, you'd see your boredom with it makes you the outlier instead of the other way around. You're seeing people having fun at another's expense and trying to party-poop it. 

Just let people have fun, you don't have to bring everyone down to your level.
