why do you need muscles in your arms? pump your hands full of beer and be happy. =) and always carry a folding knife for cutting linoleum in the back pocket of your jeans. if you firmly squeeze this folded knife in your fist, then your punch will be much stronger. in addition, if it comes to a critical situation, you can expose the blade of this folding knife and stick it into the liver or carotid artery of your opponent. it depends on your friendliness. all the same, people have more chances to survive after a stabbing in the liver than in the carotid artery. =)

I bet i could outdo everyone on this forum (except maybe ed) in an endurance/ strength competition. Strength measured as a ratio to body weight. I can lift 65% my bodyweight over my head for 12 contiuous hours ;D
an improvement of 5% or so per month is actually good tho, gg

better to think less of yourself than too high of yourself i say, tends to be more realistic
