I had a feeling that your exercise was emotionally masochistic. 

If you push that mindset too far you'll be liable to tear something.

 I bet i could outdo everyone on this forum (except maybe ed) in an endurance/ strength competition. Strength measured as a ratio to body weight. I can lift 65% my bodyweight over my head for 12 contiuous hours ;D

better to think less of yourself than too high of yourself i say, tends to be more realistic

 set up a gym in your garage so theres no excuse not to go thats what i want to do cus then you can't make excuses not to go
