Sorry I didn't watch the vid but the best way to fuck with a narc is to deprive them of attention. Turn your back at them and watch as they try to insert themselves into your life like the parasites they are. It results in some really pathetic groveling behaviour because they can't stand being confronted with their worthlessness.
In the end, a narc merely projects their own weakness onto others and when you ignore them you throw the entire weight of the projection back at them.
