Nuke.
Yeah... it shouldn't take Ed and I doing a reenactment of the classics to have people sign onto this website, and people are starting to flood in that have no actual interest in the site.
Where I'm on the fence though is that discord is a place we can use as a safety net, sort of like how we used to use Skype groups. If something were to happen to this website it'd be nice to have a backup place to chat already set up for us.
I don't know if nuking it's the way to go but I have been seeing people lose interest in it overtime, save for some night time shenanigans when the right combination of people sign on and all collectively try to handle ChallengeSeeker droning on loop.
I've been finding myself more so using PMs and DMs lately otherwise.

The server probably got at least a thousand messages by SC members sent in the last 24 hours, if not more, while the forum looks dead as hell.
I think the community will die without a forum, and the forum will die with Discord.
Thing about Discord is, any fucking loser can create a server for free & without any experience, as opposed to a site which makes it a deterrent to create a new one. Assuming this forum didn't exist and we were only on Discord, sooner or later drama would happen and the community splits up into various servers, the end.
Forum is what keeps us together, we ought to stick to it.
Reviving the forum would require team effort. After nuking the server in question, the key members need to agree not to participate in any SC related lounge Discord servers in the future. People will eventually roll back to here.
Discord's app/software is more convenient than any website once one got hooked. But it's a short term thing, it's not healthy for the community's interests, even though they might not realize it.
I know im pretty new and not a vital part of the community, but ive been trying to spend more time here than on discord to keep SC alive. Only reason ive still been using discord is that everyone else seems to be chatting on there instead of here. Everyone needs to just decide to leave discord. Nuke it.
What's to stop someone from making another SC discord server? You know they will.
Veterans' company.
