Correct, incense is used too but incense is used in all religions to please and show respect to the god(s) of their religion and to represent sending their prayers to the heavens and the divine

Voodoo, hoodoo and Santeria, satanism and wicca use candles more than any other religion Lmfao 

And this is because they use them to actively represent their prayers pretty much every time they pray/do spellwork! vs just occasionally on holidays and using them as pretty decoration during temple and church services

I would like large candles with no scent for emergency purposes and maybe one that smells like pizza to light when hungry people come over.

I love the smell of Berger lamp oil
