When I'm feeling extra dramatic I get the pillar candles. When I was younger and being extra, I'd get that dragon's blood incense/candle. :/

My candle scent experience is mostly random. When I have a good experience with one I usually end up forgetting what it was.

Incense are superior to candles because candles make me feel like an old person but incense makes me feel like some kinda of voodoo master.

I'd figure candles would work better with Voodoo than incense cones or sticks
