Fully geared, all black, no logos. Stolen plates as to not arouse suspicion on the street.

Cops run your plates while driving behind you. Wouldn't fake plates arouse more suspicion and possibly get you pinned for the hit and run.  It's better to drive with no plates and get out of there as quick as possible, if you get pulled over tell them you were offroading on your property, like to drive without plates on there for looks and forgot to put them back on. More likely you'll get away without arousing suspicion

 Thoughts slay?

The point of the plate is for cops to be less likely to try  and pull you over. Don't ever pull over on a sportbike. They're not even allowed to chase you, as it's endangerment.

What is keeping you alive?

What is keeping you alive?

Sometimes idk. I have a nihilistic atheistic view of our role in the universe so I'm very aware that it doesn't matter if I'm alive or not.  This has made me refocus my will to live in a different direction.  At the most basic level the only meaning we get from living is from the things that keep you happy.  So the only things keeping me alive is knowing that no matter how poor I can get, I can still enjoy what makes me happy. If I lost everything tomorrow i would probably pack my equipment and live in the woods: for context, since you're new, you need to know that I'm a survivalist.

The thought that there is always something ahead of me and that I can make good times out of nothing is what keeps me alive.  Nothing materialistic, that's not me

We don't remember if it was you who said this but something about uni being next. Feeling like you are just following a narrative. No control.  Your living because of the few moments of happiness in between.

Why not do what you want to do then? If it's good OK you can die happy afterwards, taking lead in your own life.

If it's bad, OK you did what you wanted you could kill yourself and still be taking the lead in your own life then.

Instead of the basic uni, job, marry, kids, die scenario.

I have 2 more semesters at uni, that may have been med.

I'm very in control of my life though, I planned it out a decade ago, with some small changes in what my career will be.

Suicide is not taking control of your life, it's losing control and giving up.  We only get 100 yrs if were lucky then it's lights out, darkness. Why waste it when you can hang on to it for as long as possible. If only I could live forever to learn everything that there is

My plan is similar to the basic one with some major modifications: uni, dog, job, build tiny house by hand, travel west or stay east (job permitting), live on a hilltop overlooking a mountain range, marry, kids, live it up, die

It is just as much of taking control over your life as deciding not to do it, and it's not an easy mountain to climb.

Failing to kill yourself when it was the goal is losing control and giving up.

Past a point, there isn't one.

Eternity sounds more hellish to me than there being a point where it stops happening.

It's just a quirk of mine. I'm very comfortable with myself and my thoughts. Im perfectly comfortable living for an eternity.

I guess we agree to disagree on suicide. Every action leading up to it stems from losing control. Even suicide during an apocalypse is caused by loss of control, bc you know you can't control your surroundings and dont even attempt to

You're far too young to know that.

Yeah, but what of suicide in comfortable surroundings?

How many people alive are doing so by choice, and not simply by necessity, by reflex?

Most people would be too young to know that but I'm not like most people in that way. I'm decisive and stubborn and know exactly what I want.

Arguing that it's not a loss of control if it's in a comfortable surrounding feels like semantics.

I bet plenty of people stay alive based on reflex i.e. instinct. And plenty more dont commit suicide bc deep down they dont believe in heaven or are uncertain of its existence.
