I hung out with my group of friends all day yesterday, from 1 PM to about 2 AM. It was quite enjoyable, I can find fun in real life, and online. Though I don't really get depressed, or at least not that I'm conscious of. I only get surges of energy that are directed then towards my passionate conviction.

You don't have to say "I" so much when you're talking about yourself.

Has anyone with severe anxiety found leaving the internet to help?

For me it numbs it a bit and serves as a distraction from the things I don’t want to think about

Numbing and distractions are always healthier long term than confronting the problem and finding a solution.

Sc is pretty boring.

What about when the answer's something you can't just charge head on at?

The Internet is awesome. Unlike guns, everyone can use it. If you're taking a break for your own sake, all the power to you. I still am not planning to stop using it.
