Spending more time offline and on irl hobbies can do wonders for depression. Apes aren't hard wired to stare at a screen without moving all day.
We aren’t apes
It’s nice to help people by giving them advice i guess but its hard to do it without coming off as condescending as well.
It’s like, “I’m above you because i play real football outside instead of on an xbox.”
But, hey, we all enjoy different things.
But when it gets to a point that its’ all that the person does, well then that’s an unhealthy measure- as is with anything else. Real or not real, it’s still indicative of a problem.
lmao so why r u here?
seriously lmao, Alice abandoned emotionally and online and she is probably trying desperately to get back some of the attention atm, the way Tpg did
wont be surprised if it starts begging and pleading soon, at least Tpg was honest about the entire situation instead of trying to keep up a front that he still had alice's appreciation and approval kek
Also sometimes depression isn’t cured with hobbies :)))
Hobbies still serve as a distraction while going through matters where the only answer otherwise is waiting.
The real clincher is getting the motivations to do said hobbies while already within the depression in the first place. They usually need to be pushed into a routine, and that routine can fall apart as quickly as the first one or two times it's broken.
