This song is my favorite. The melody, the lyrics, and even the video are all really cool. The lyrics, to me, are about someone who wants to follow their dreams, and life is hard for them and makes it feel impossible, and so the singer is contemplating the point of life without dreams, and concluded that this cannot be escaped, and thus she just wants to dream.. perhaps not so much in the following your dream sense as much as having dreams while you sleep sense.
The sound is amazing too, and the video is great but kind of completely unrelated to the song. A homelessman who is clearly okay with facing rejection and forcing pedestrians and park-goers to smell him finds that people treat him better if he looks a bit less homeless by purchasing a jacket, but then he gives the jacket to someone suffering. So perhaps the message is... it's the poor people who stay poor because they share stuff while the selfish among us hoard money in our bank accounts while we let those same people live on the streets poor and justify it by calling them lazy, and convincing ourselves they cant be helped.

The song is about poverty. A lot of homeless people actually are on welfare, and they usually misspend their welfare money on drugs and alcohol. lIn that video you see the homeless man has money, and spends it on something that makes his wish come true, which is simply a little respect and communication with people. It's a very humbling video.
As far as the song goes, it's pretty good. Very nice base on sub woofer when the song gets there.
