So, I have been lifting weights for a few months & am quite happy with results but I want to get back to HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) on treadmill.
As I recall running for me is drudgery unless I have music. I’m not new to HIIT. I did this for a time when I lived in Philly with a running crew. If you know Philly, we used to run 4 miles up and back from Spruce Street park in CC along the boat houses. I was pretty wiped.
