How about notifications upon log in that someone has either replied to your comment or thread?
Also, a counter on the side that measures how many times someone said "kill yourself" in chat. Maybe if you use the persons screen name it'll tally for each person and once you hit 1k "kill yourself's" in a month it blocks your IP for a week. 10k and your IP is released and whoever said the last one has to come murder you and post photos or they get banned as well.
I really feel the last idea would replace the need for another mod in the future and I guess Blanc would be murdered like 15 times over. You decide how you feel about that.
