Not really. Members of the secret service who used to guard the Clinton's suggest Hillary is a loose cannon and often has fits of rage. Even some of her own workers for this election claimed to be afraid of her, especially if something went slightly according to plan.
In 2012 Hillary fell down and suffered a concussion which resulted in a blood clot that had to be surgically removed. This is known to have side effects, and it took it's toll on Hillary, from her not being able to work full days as secretary of state, to her having to admit memory loss when she was being prosecuted.
The energy level, the seizure episodes, the physical illness. The bad temperament.
That photo is amazing in how strongly unflattering that it is. The grain and lighting did her face no favors, especially when paired next to her physical ailments as of late, and the way that those glasses hide her eyes give skull-esk impressions, furthering that whole "she's dying" thing.
She wears a lot of make up to cover those cracks when she's in the spot light.
